Terms and Conditions 

1. By entering this Promotion, participants confirm they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Promoter:
   1. The promoter is Coventry Building Society (the ‘Promoter’), Principal Office: Economic House, PO Box 9, High Street, Coventry, CV1 5QN. Coventry Building Society is authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and Prudential Regulation Authority, reference number: 150892.
3. The Promotion:
   1. This Promotion is a competition to win:
      1. two (2) VIP tickets to the 2021 MOBO Awards on 5 December 2021. Each ticket includes an invitation to:
         1. walk the official MOBO red carpet;
         2. attend the VIP MOBO pre-awards show reception;
         3. attend the MOBO awards show;
         4. attend the VIP MOBO awards show after party;
      2. two (2) first class return train tickets to and from Coventry;
      3. one (1) night’s stay for two (2) at the Telegraph Hotel in Coventry on 5 December 2021; and
      4. £100 voucher to spend on food and drink at the Telegraph Hotel (the ‘Prize’).
   2. There will be one (1) Prize draw (the ‘Prize Draw’) for which one (1) participant will win the Prize for the Prize Draw.
   3. Participants acknowledge and agree to be bound by any terms and conditions applicable to the MOBO VIP tickets and their stay at the Telegraph Hotel.
   4. The Promotion will go live at 00:01am on [Wednesday 17^th November 2021]. The Promotion will close at 23:59pm on Wednesday 24^th November (the ‘Promotion Period’).
   5. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and there is no cash or product alternative in whole or in part, and it is subject to these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or higher value, where it becomes necessary to do so.
   6. The Prize is subject to amendment and may be changed where suitable/as required.
4. Eligibility:
   1. This Prize Draw is open to all participants who are UK residents and aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
   2. Participants must have access to the Internet in order to enter.
   3. It is not a condition of entry to hold an account with the Promoter. 
   4. The Prize Draw is not open to employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents and anyone else directly connected with the Prize Draw, or to the employees of the MOBO Awards or their immediate families.
5. How to enter:
   1. To enter the Prize Draw, participants must visit the dedicated Promotion page on the MOBO Awards’ website and answer the question ‘Where is the 2021 MOBO Awards being held?’.
   2. Any participants who answer the question correctly will be entered into the Prize Draw.
6. How does the Promotion work?
   1. The Promotion will run for the Promotion Period.
   2. There will be one (1) Prize Draw at the end of the Promotion Period.
   3. Only entries made correctly in accordance with these terms and conditions and within the Promotion Period will be entered into the Promotion to win the Prize.
   4. Only one (1) entry per participant is permitted for the Prize Draw.
   5. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entries at any time.
7. Winners:
   1. There will be one (1) winner of the Prize Draw who will receive the Prize for that Prize Draw (the ‘Winner’).
   2. The Winner of the Prize Draw will be selected at random from all valid entries to the Prize Draw (valid entries are determined by the Promoter at its sole discretion) within one (1) working day from the end of the Promotion Period.
   3. The Promoter reserves the right to discount any non-compliant, inappropriate or offensive entries and to disqualify any entries if the Promoter, at its sole discretion, believes that there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the Promotion (including, without limitation, by using multiple email accounts in order to submit multiple entries).
   4. Within one (1) working day (i.e. excluding bank holidays and Saturday or Sunday) of the Winner being selected for the Prize Draw, the Winner of the Prize will be privately contacted via email.
   5. The Winner will have forty eight (48) hours from the date and time of contact by the Promoter to confirm their acceptance of the Prize as above, provide further contact details (such as their address and the contact details of their plus 1) and confirm they have passed all eligibility criteria for the Promotion (the Promoter reserves the right to request that a Winner signs a undertaking to confirm eligibility). The Promoter will then provide further details to agree on how the Winner can claim the Prize (e.g. via email, collection or post). If there is no such acceptance received from the Winner within the time period outlined above, the Winner will forfeit the Prize and the Prize may at the Promoter’s discretion be redrawn from the remaining eligible entries for that Prize Draw. These same terms and conditions will apply to such alternative Winner as applied to the original Winner.
   6. The Winner cannot sell, pass on, or donate for fundraising or other purposes, their Prize to anyone else under any circumstances. If the Winner does not wish to accept the Prize, the Winner must reject the Prize and the Prize may, at the Promoter’s discretion be redrawn from the remaining eligible entries for that Prize Draw. These same terms and conditions will apply to such alternative Winner as applied to the original Winner.
   7. After accepting the Prize, the Winner may be contacted to discuss providing a picture, video or statement that can be used for promotional purposes on social media and in the press. The Winner will be asked to explicitly confirm consent to obtain and share such pictures/videos/statements for such promotional purposes on social media and in the press.
   8. If the Winner does not want to take part in a photo/ video and/or provide a quote/statement for any reason, they must inform the Promoter as soon as possible after the request and at the latest forty-eight (48) hours after the Promoter’s request, by emailing: [email protected].
8. General:
   1. The Promoter's decision on any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in this respect.
   2. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, remove, cancel, suspend or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
   3. The Promoter may wish to feature participants/Winners and their entries in reasonable publicity/promotional activity.    4. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected participant entries. Participants must take their own precautions (including but not limited to installing adequate protective measures to guard against software viruses and ensuring that up-to-date copies are made of all data) to protect participants against loss or damage. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any infringement of any third party intellectual property rights caused by participants entering this Promotion.
   5. Nothing in these terms excludes the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, or any other liability that the Promoter may not exclude by law.  Subject to that, the Promoter and its associated companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained by any participant or third party in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any Prize, including any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the winner or other participants that is caused by:
      1. technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in the Promotion;
      2. any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of a Prize;
      3. any act or omission of any third party, particularly any third party involved in the provision of services relevant to the Prize; or
      4. any other events beyond the Promoter's control that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the Winner or to the Prize.
   6. If any of these terms and conditions are found by a court or regulator to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining other provisions shall continue to apply.
   7. This Promotion is run in connection with the MOBO Awards.

   9. These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.
   10. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties agree that any dispute or action arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
